introducing

exploring our relationship with adhd + food

Food is essential to life. It doesn’t have to feel so hard.

This workshop isn’t about helping you eat better. It’s about helping you create better food experiences.

What if food didn’t have to
feel so hard?

Food is essential to life, and it asks for our time and attention every single day. However, for many adults with ADHD, fueling ourselves feels anything but simple. Deciding what to eat, remembering to eat, grocery shopping, preparing food, and navigating all the thoughts and emotions that can come with food can feel exhausting.

One of the things I’ve noticed is that many of us become so accustomed to navigating life on “hard mode” that we stop questioning whether things actually have to be that hard.

When something feels hard for long enough, we often start to believe that’s just the way it is.

But what if the “problem” isn’t you?

What if you’ve been following a map that wasn’t designed for the trail you’re walking?

This workshop invites you to set that map aside and explore a different trail — one that makes sense to your brain.

Together, we’ll explore ways of working with your ADHD so food can begin to feel easier, more satisfying, and perhaps even a little more fun.

Perhaps you’ve…
        • Wondered why feeding yourself feels so much harder than it “should.”
        • Forgotten to eat until you suddenly realized you were starving.
        • Bought groceries with the best of intentions, only to discover them some time later in the back of the refrigerator.
        • Reached the end of a long day already starving, only to realize dinner still needs to thaw.
        • Noticed that knowing what to do doesn’t make it feel easier to actually do it.

during our time together…

We’ll explore…

  • Some of the hidden “shoulds” that shape our relationship with food
  • Why food can feel uniquely challenging for ADHD brains
  • The strengths you already bring to the table
  • Small experiments to help food feel easier, more satisfying, and more fun

my hope for you

My hope isn’t that you leave with the “perfect” meal plan.

Instead, my hope is that you leave…

    • thinking, “I’ve never thought about it that way before…”
    • letting go of a few “shoulds”
    • feeling curious about what works for your brain

You’ll also leave with:

    • Practical experiments to try at your own pace
    • A printable Field Journal to continue your exploration after the workshop
